BUDGET/FINANCIAL ANALYST OR SENIOR BUDGET/FINANCIAL ANALYST
City and County of Broomfield.  $44,512 - $63,960 for Budget/Financial Analyst level; $53,040 - $75,296 for Senior Budget/Financial Analyst level (DOQ) plus excellent benefits. Position can be filled at either level depending on education/experience. Requires BS in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration and 3 years accounting and finance experience. Governmental experience preferred.

Principal Transportation Planner 
El Paso County, in Colorado Springs, is looking for an experienced Transportation Planner or Engineer with degree in Urban, Regional or Transportation Planning; or Transportation Engineering.  Master’s degree preferred.  The successful candidate will have 8 years of progressive experience including 5 years of related transportation engineering or planning.  AICP certification preferred.  Grant writing experience preferred.  Knowledge of research and statistical methods as applied to the collection, tabulation and analysis of data essential to transportation planning studies.  Complete knowledge of local, state and federal levels of transportation legislation, funding and programs; principles, practices, methods and techniques of multimodal and multiagency transportation planning and engineering.  Must possess a valid driver’s license.  Salary DOQ with min. $60,000 per year.  This position may be eligible for recruitment and/or retention premiums.  Refer to Announcement # 8078.  Position is open until filled.  EPC application is required and available online at www.elpasoco.com or EPC-HR, 27 E Vermijo #405, Colo Sprgs, CO  80903.  Fax 520-7406 EOE
