County Government Snapshot
CCI's County Government Snapshot is taken from the more detailed and lengthy descriptions contained in the Handbook. The Snapshot is intended to give the reader a brief, general overview of county powers, duties and functions. The Snapshot does not attempt to delve into the myriad limitations, exceptions and other nuances of the Colorado Revised Statutes. It should not be considered an official position of CCI or its members or used as a substitute for obtaining the advice of legal counsel on any specific issue.
