Please include payment with your ticket order. Orders for additional meals will not be placed until payment is received. There will be no on-site meal sales.Friday, May 14, 2010 is the deadline for changing meal ticket orders. Unused tickets are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of conference registration must be made in writing and is subject to a $50 administrative fee if received by Friday, May 14, 2010.  Counties will be billed a full registration fee for cancellations after Friday, May 14, 2010.

Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

To receive the special conference rate, reservations must be made by Tuesday, May 11, 2010 by calling the Vail Cascade at 1.800.420.2424 or emailing the hotel at vcr-groupres@destinationhotels.com. Indicate you are coming for the CCI Summer Conference to get a rate of $129 a night.
